JOB DESCRIPTION
- Understand food group and Nutrition concept.
- Proper handling of food and good house keeping.
- Classifying all kind of Meat and Vegetables.
- Update weekly menu.
- Familiar on operation of all galley equipment.
- Calculation of meal account and maintaining cost effectiveness.
- Budgeting provision consumption.
- Disposal of garbage and food waste according to the regulation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Observing safety and quality
- Knowing and understand the MLC requirement in the Galley and all related parts.
- Understand and care of Time management in the galley
- Monitoring and controlling of Provision inventory.
- Clean and tidy.
MIN. EXPERIENCE
1 Year as Chief Cook
